Support and advice for meetings

Convention Bureau regio Arnhem Nijmegen promotes the Arnhem Nijmegen area as a destination for meetings, congresses, events, conferences, symposiums, incentives and other business meetings and festive gatherings.  

The Convention Bureau provides free of charge:

• advice on all aspects of conference organising and meeting planning for your forthcoming event
• assistance in listing and coordinating the availability of venues, hotel accommodation and other services
• communication between you and selected suppliers/ accommodation
• coordination and organisation of venue visits
• hotel registration and assistance in organising congresses and events
• ideas for a social or accompanying persons programmes
• promotion material and brochures about the Arnhem Nijmegen region

As a meeting planner we can take much of the strain for you. We know this region inside out and offer tailor-made advice.

Projects

Besides supporting meeting planners we also initiate various projects in the area promoting business meetings in the Arnhem Nijmegen region. 

We mainly focus on the Food (Wageningen and surrounding area) and Health (Nijmegen and surrounding area) branches. We also focus on the developments in the Energy & Environmental Technology branch. Commercially these branches are characteristic of this region. 

Convention Bureau regio Arnhem Nijmegen has launched a campaign with Congres Bureau Veluwe in order to promote Gelderland as a top destination for the business market in the Netherlands.
